Ingredients
1mango
2cupsbaby spinach
1/2cupmacadamia nuts
1cupwater
4tbspshredded coconut
2tbspchia seeds
ice
extra chia and toasted coconut chipsfor garnish
Instructions
Place the baby spinach, mango & water into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add macadamia nuts, shredded coconut, chia seeds and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.If you find the consistency too thick add extra water or your favourite milk - I'd recommend coconut water or coconut milk. Enjoy immediately :)
